Adult Education and Development Conference (AEDC)

Every two years, DVV International invites an international audience of specialists to attend the Adult Education and Development Conference (AEDC). For two days, experts from practice, politics and science discuss key topics in adult education. The results of the conference are then fed into national, regional and global debates by DVV International and its partners.

Since 2007, DVV International, in concert with its partners, has organised international specialist conferences on the subject of adult education and development. The English-language BoCAED (Bonn Conferences on Adult Education and Development) conference has been devoted to key topics of adult education, such as vocational training in the informal sector, financing of adult education, or migration and integration.

In 2017, the series was renamed the Adult Education and Development Conference (AEDC) and takes place in different locations around the world.
