DVV International and the German Institute for Adult Education (DIE) developed Curriculum globALE as a global core curriculum for the teaching and the learning of adults. In five modules, it describes the relevant skills for holding a successful course and gives tips on practical implementation.
Curriculum institutionALE is a framework for the organisational development of adult education institutions. The guidelines were initially developed for DVV International staff, but they can also be used by other people who are involved in the organisational and capacity development of adult education providers.
On the basis of its experience in working abroad, DVV International has developed a new intercultural-didactic additional qualification for integration work with refugees at German Adult Education Centres in the shape of Curriculum interculturALE.
“Building Educational Bridges – Competently dealing with intercultural and psychosocial challenges in the classroom with return interested refugees“ is a tailor-made training course for instructors and coaches working with refugees who are interested in returning to their home country on a voluntary basis. The training has been developed by DVV International in cooperation with an international team of experts.
DVV International operates worldwide with more than 200 partners in over 30 countries.
