The Permanent Secretary of the Tanzanian Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Dr. Leonard Akwilapo, and the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, H.E. Regine Hess, jointly launched DVV International program “Support for Adult Education System Building in Tanzania” during a workshop at the University of Dar es Salaam on the 2nd of February 2021.
