In 2022, Morocco hosted CONFINTEA VII, the global conference on adult education. CONFINTEA set the course for the programmatic direction of adult education in the coming years. In cooperation with DVV International, Morocco is now setting concrete goals for the implementation of the guidelines adopted in Marrakech. On 16 and 17 December 2022, DVV International held a seminar at the CONFINTEA VII venue to discuss relevant initiatives of state institutions, academic actors and civil society.
