The two-year project will be implemented by the German Adult Education Association (DVV International) and will cover at least 1.200 vulnerable women and men – ex-prisoners, people addicted to illicit drugs, people living with HIVinfection and TB-patients, and others from Tashkent and the Tashkent region. Potential stakeholders are representatives of state bodies, local self-government bodies, NGOs, Media, and specialists working with vulnerable populations (ex-prisoners, people addicted to illicit drugs, people living with HIV-infection and TB-patients and others).

In general, the project appeals to organisations interested not only in promoting a tolerant attitude towards ex-prisoners, people addicted to illicit drugs, people living with HIV-infection and TB-patients, but also in assisting them in restoring their social relationships, supporting when looking for a job and forming a sustainable motivation in reintegrating these groups to the society.
